ACS Lifts prices are subject to change without notice. ACS Lifts also reserves the right to alter equipment designs, specifications, and components without prior notice. Please contact an ACS Representative to obtain a written quotation for current pricing and specifications.

Service Policies

All products are shipped F.O.B. Factory. All freight charges will be Pre-Pay & Add, unless otherwise specified by the customer. ACS Lifts is not responsible for loss or damage to the product in transit. It is the responsibility of the customer (consignee) to inspect all products prior to acceptance.

In the event that there is loss or damage to the product, consignee shall file a claim with the carrier. ACS Lifts will assist consignee with claims.

All parts orders weighing 70 lbs. or less will be shipped ground, Pre-Pay & Add. Larger components will be shipped common carrier Pre-Pay and Add.



Limited Warranty

For a period of two (2) years from the Date of Shipment, ACS Lifts warrants all of its products against structural frame and leg assemblies workmanship.

For a period of one (1) year from the Date of Shipment, all other components have a limited warranty against faulty material and workmanship. Please note that prior authorization from ACS Lifts is required on all warranty and repairs.

ACS Lifts reserves the right of choice to repair or replace defective components is the responsibility of the buyer, and must be accompanied by an RGA number.

The Limited Warranty does not cover the labor cost for removal of, or installation of warranty part after 30 days.

ACS Lifts reserves the right in final determination of ally warranty considerations. Overloading, excessive cycles or jogging, abuse, or field modifications shall void this warranty.
